Heathcare Equipment Ministry

The Senior Adult Council of the WRBN sponsors this ministry for people in need of hospital equipment. Reverend Greg Brumit, Interim Director, of the Health Care Ministry checks equipment "in and out" at the WRBN office. There is no fee for this service. Equipment is loaned for six month periods and can be extended as needed.  Though many recipients of our equipment are members of WRBN churches, still many others with no church affiliation learn about the ministry and seek assistance.  This provides an excellent opportunity for outreach.

The Waco Regional Baptist Network accepts donated new or gently used healthcare equipment items. In the past year, we have loaned out more than 250 pieces of healthcare equipment.  During this same period, we have received approximately 200 items through donations. 

This is a very busy ministry with many items being checked out again as soon as they are returned.  Many people are placed on a waiting list for equipment that is not currently available.  Therefore, we always have a need for donations and persons to repair equipment.  Please consider making a donation today!
