Operation Assist

Operation Assist is serving the community with food, clothing and the lending of limited healthcare equipment.  Located at 400 South 4th Street, Operation Assist is open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  No fees are charged for any of our services however the ministry does rely on cash gifts as well as the donation of food, clothing and healthcare equipment.

Jail Ministry

Reverend Jim Braun is the Director for the WRBA Jail Ministry. For years, Brother Braun and his loyal volunteers have spent their Sunday afternoons from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the McLennan County Correctional Center on Highway 6.

Christian Women's Job Corps of McLennan County

CWJC of McLennan County was organized in 2004. Since then, 10 classes with a total of 78 women have completed classes in a free 14 week training course. Classes consist of Bible Study, Job Readiness, Personal Discovery, Computer Training, Money Management, Communication, Parenting Skills, Health and Nutrition, and Boundaries.
